MEDICAL AID

Many medical aid plans will cover a percentage of therapeutic intervention services. I provide an itemised receipt for services that includes all information needed to submit a claim to your medical aid provider. If this is of interest for you, it is recommended that you check your coverage eligibility in advance, with your provider.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments are made to reserve a specific time for you. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Appointments missed, cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. Thank you for your understanding.
